Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges;

Returns or exchanges of all other items must be returned within 14 working days of the postal mark date of delivery package. All Balms and candles must be unopened and in their original packaging unless faulty.  On return of items please allow 5 working days to be processed. In event of any return or exchange postal charge is non-refundable.

Personalised prints ‘pet portraits’ are not refundable as these are personalised to you and can not be resold this is in line with ‘Distance Selling Regulation 2014’ 

All refunds will be completed and refunded to the original card payment method.

Damage / lost items;

It is you, the consumers responsibility to provide the correct address for postal and this is the address we will take at the time of your order being placed, we can not be responsible for items been delivered to incorrect postal addresses.
